I have a problem with automations. I have created two lists (english/french) with two automations, one for each. Very simple : Every new subscriber to a list gets a welcome message after a one minute delay.
The problem I encounter is that it only works randomly… on either list. Sometimes one works, the other doesn’t. Sometimes both work, othertimes none work…
Any ideas?

So basically, you add a contact to one of the two lists (how do you add it by the way?), and sometimes the automation works and sometimes it doesn’t, is that correct? Have you checked your automation logs, as described here: https://help.brevo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000263710-What-are-automation-logs-workflow-logs-event-logs-contacts-in-workflow ?
That’s correct. I add a contact via an opt-in on a WordPress site. The name and mail address get added to the corresponding list, but does not always trigger the desired mailing action.
It’s absolutely not regular, hence the « finnicky » to describe the behaviour…
