Hi, I want to do something as simple as setting up a recurring email, once a week to my team to check how they are doing. Sounds like the simplest task, but I still cannot get it to work smoothly on the Brevo platform. Can someone please assist with some instructions? Thanks!
My email message includes a link to a Google form, that works fine. It’s the Brevo setup with automation (I suppose I need to use the automation function?) and a contact list that I am struggling with…
then go to the Automation section and create a new one:
starting point, choose: « Contact filter conditions », with, as a filter, the segment you just created, that will be checked every Monday at let’s say 8.00am
I tried this solution, and it worked the first time, but the emails didn’t send out weekly as expected. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I also tried this solution. I was not able to create such automation (in my case, a monthly newsletter) using the new editor. It was only possible on the classic editor).
To summarize, I did:
Create a segment (« Member of a list »)
Create an automation in classic editor
a. Add an entry point (Contac Details => A contact is in a segment at a given time)
b. Add a step: send an email (I selected the template that I created for the newsletter)
Did I miss a step?
I am pretty sure that it worked last week when I tested it, but it seems that it does not work anymore. Did anything changed since? If you have any recommandation on how to send a monthly newsltter, that would be appreciated.

How often do you check segment? Monthly
When to check segment? Custom, at 12:00, on day 1 of each month.
If I change to weekly, I can’t select the day I want to send the newsletter (in my case, the 1st of each month at 12:00).
Do I need to add another step maybe?
I do not have access to the classic automation editor. Is there a way to have that turned on for my account? We need a way to automate weekly reminders that people sign up for.
Thank you for this. Unfortunately, this is only available with the Classic Editor and we are not able to create any new automations in the Classic Editor. I have done a workaround by repurposing an inactive workflow I had that was still in classic and have since being able to do this.
The question for Brevo is when is this functionality going to be available in the New Editor?
