Hi all. I’m new here and I’m importing contacts from Salesforce. The only glitch I see is that a multiple choice field, converting from a Salesforce: « picklist (multi-select) » - didn’t come through. The corresponding field in Brevo is blank even though I reproduced the keys exactly. Any gimmicks to get multiple choice fields imported? Thanks.

I’m not sure how you’re trying to import your contacts from Salesforce, but I have a few suggestions:
- If you’re using our Brevo app for Salesforce (only available on an Enterprise plan), « Picklist (Multi-Select) » fields are not supported yet.
- If you’re importing your contacts through a CSV file, did you use the right format for multiple-choice attributes:
['Option1'|'Option2'|'Option3']? You can find more information on how to format your import file in our dedicated article Create a file to import your contacts (the format for Multiple choice attributes is under the « Custom contact attributes » tab).

Thanks, Deborah. Salesforce uses semicolons. I had already tried converting them to commas in the spreadsheet. Thanks for the pointer to the documentation.
