Hi @kostasaspiotis , absolutely!
The best way, is to create an automation:
starting point: An event happens, in this case « Meeting booked »
action point: add contact to a list or any other action
If you wish, once contact is added to a list, you can create other automations that will have the starting point called « Contact added to a list »
