I would like to know if there is a way, after a person books a meeting, to be added to a specific list so i can use an automation?

Hi @kostasaspiotis , absolutely!
The best way, is to create an automation:
-
starting point: An event happens, in this case « Meeting booked »
-
action point: add contact to a list or any other action
If you wish, once contact is added to a list, you can create other automations that will have the starting point called « Contact added to a list »
