I created doubleOptIn automation, for users to subscribe to newsletter.
On « Wait until an event happens » step, inside an automation, i have « Link clicked in an email »
But I have issue with this event. I never get this event triggered.
I set up email filter « LinkURL », « Contains » and exact same link as i put in Link target => Link settings in email template (https://PREFIX.sibpages.com)
What can be a problem?
I checked automation logs. Last log was: Has entered a ‹ Wait › process until email_clicked event occurs.
