I’m using Brevo’s API to send form submissions to Brevo. For a specific field, I’ve set the contact attribute as text. However, my form field is multiline, and when the submission is viewed in Brevo’s UI, the formatting is lost. How can I maintain the multiline formatting in Brevo?
Hi @patonbrevo , indeed, this is something I observed on my side as well, and to be honest I haven’t found any solutions so far

Hi! Thank you for your message. I’ve attempted to customize the message using various methods, including HTML, but Brevo doesn’t process that. Is there any consideration for adding a multiline attribute? I believe this could address the issue.
