Need assistance for email deliverability - no response from Brevo

Hello,

I submitted the contact form many times but with no responses from you, so I figured I can try here.

I contact you because I have a WordPress website with woo commerce, and I installed Brevo for email deliverability.

I configured it all with your tutoriels but the confirmation email after a command doesn’t work… it’s not send.

Can you help me fix that ?

Hi @Aurore , thanks for posting on this community.

So now your set up is the following:

  • you’ve installed the Brevo woocommerce plugin
  • you’ve setup your confirmation email template
  • you order something on your website, but this confirmation template is not sent
    How do you know it’s not sent: through the email logs?
