I’m running into a frustrating issue and hoping someone in the community has seen this before.
Setup:
- WordPress + WooCommerce
- Brevo integrated for transactional emails
- WP SMTP plugin handling SMTP delivery
- Tested sending emails from contact forms, WooCommerce order notifications, etc.
The Problem:
No matter what I do, the Reply-To address won’t update. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Set the correct “Reply-To Email Address” in WP SMTP settings
- Enabled “Force From Email” in the plugin
- Changed the WordPress admin email address
- Cleared all caches and tested across different email types
- Disabled and re-enabled the plugin
Still, the emails being received always have the wrong or default Reply-To — it never updates.
