I have created a simple email campaign (a very uncomplicated layout, without html components, very simple, width 650px). Everything looks great on the PC. Even when I open the mobile view in Brevo, it looks good. However, when I send myself a test email and open the email on my cell phone, the font is extremely small and difficult to read. I use the yahoo mail app on my Android.
Does anyone have a solution?

Hey, we have the same issue with the mobile view.
When we send a test, it shows the desktop view first on mobile devices. The mobile view only appears after we click the “display in webbrowser” link.
We testet it in outlook, gmail and tutamail. Always the same result.
Is there anything we can do about it?

Hey there, I’d be happy to provide some clarification on this. Could you please confirm the exact mobile phone used and the software (Android/iOS)? Did you use the drag and drop editor?
