Mobile View does not apply automaticly

Hello,

we set up a campaign but to recieve the mobile version on phones it’s alwys necessary to click on the “open in browser” link. Otherwise it shows a smaller version of the desktop view. Tested on different email providers, its always the same result.

What can we do about it?
