Hi;

I don’t know why the email click is not opening the app directly. If I use the same URL in browser it opens the app, but if i click on the email that have same url (brevo changes it due to tracking purpose) it is not opening. Is there a way to by pass this?

Personally, I will check the HTML code of the template to verify that the link html

is correctly written.

And I correct the link… with the editor

@npatel what do you mean by « open the app »: do you want to open a mobile app when the contact clicks on the link?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I mean that if i open the tracking link, I want the app to open automatically.

Hi @danylodev , thanks for checking in. I am still stuck on it. the url that i entered is good, when user gets the emai, user gets the brevo tracking url, but the tracking url does not open the app directly.
