Reliability of Brevo email service?

I am a new customer, I integrated Brevo to use transactional e-mail recently.

Most of the transactional e-mail are getting delivered, except one.
I got following error message. Is there any reason why this might be?

It’s weird indeed, it should not be the case. Do you still encounter this issue?
