In a few months I need to send individual membership invoices to my members.
I would like to do that with Brevo. I have seen some messages in French (which is not a language I am too familiar with) in this community, but I still have not found the answer. Partly because, I think, my answer to my question is outside the realm of Brevo.
So I need to send individual invoices.
I create them with mailmerge, I have each individual invoice saved as a .pdf in a folder in my computer. According to Brevo I need to create a online link that I can include in the email to my members. In the past I did sent these invoices with outlook as an attachment.

How do I make for every .pdf a link that can be placed in my email

Where do I put my invoices that they can be accessed by my memebers if they follow the link?

How do I protect the personal information of my members in such a way that other people can’t access them by guessing a invoice-name, or by accessing the folder where all the invoices are in.

my members need a .pdf so that they can get their membershiop reimbursed.
