What’s the best way to get people to opt in to SMS messaging? We can’t have people opt in by « texting JOIN » to our phone number can we? Should I create a form with just email and phone so it has an identifier field? I am stuck here.

Did you try to create a form with a phone number field only (without email I mean)?
This is for people who are existing in the CRM. So the phone needs to match with the record. Can people opt in by texting my number like Textmagic would?
