Hello. I am new to Brevo, I made a few attempts to import my contacts from excel files and I did not get satisfied with the result. Brevo does not import some contacts due to some reasons which I do not find reasonable, and so I changed strategy. I tried to synchronize with my Google contacts but, again, it worked but it did not import the phone numbers. Does anyone know how to map one Brevo attribute to the phone number(s) in Google contacts after having synchronized the contacts?
Hi @rpvmoura , thanks for posting on this community.
Does anyone know how to map one Brevo attribute to the phone number(s) in Google contacts
On this article: https://help.brevo.com/hc/en-us/articles/9239781157010-Google-Contacts-integration-by-Brevo-Sync-your-contacts-from-Google-to-Brevo#h_01GMZKD5MH4YCSSEK4JH1XMEZ7 I see there is a section called « Map your data » that shows you how to sync the attributes.
In your case, this matching is not working, is that correct?
Hi Alexandre,
Thanks for replying on my post.
I guess I have skipped the attribute mapping during the synchronization with the Google contacts. The question is: do I have to make it all again from scratch, or is there a way of mapping only the phone numbers after having imported the contacts?
If you have a CSV list with your contacts’ emails + their phone numbers, you could import them directly on Brevo, this will update the contacts
