I’m trying to set up my first automation flow in Brevo but I’m bumping into issues with if/else (page view).
As suggested by the platform, I added the script in my website.
Indeed, if I check the contact details, I can easily see which pages he visited.
Nevertheless, if I try to run an automation flow, when it reachs the if/else knot it doesn’t recognize what happened of the web site.
It just goes further on a path without any relationship with what actually happened.
Do someone have some ideas to solve this?
