I have an automation that I have created that is triggered by an order place with product ids. A customer has just purchased something and it has not triggered the automation. This happened yesterday as well. I have checked the product numbers and they are correct.
If you want a quick response from Brevo, I think it’s best to contact support directly via your personal space or via contact@brevo.com.
If you’d like help from the community, perhaps you could post a screenshot of the triggering part of your Automation or explain how it’s configured. This will enable those who know about it to help you correct it if there’s a configuration error.
I’m no expert myself, but there are a few people who handle Automation on a regular basis.
