I am using Brevo as my mailer in a WordPress website. It will send notifications successfully to my gmail account but it won’t work with my outlook account. Why is that?

You mean that you’re not receiving the transactional emails you’re sending from your Brevo automations?
Same issue here. It works with gmail but outlook not receiving. I can see the emails sent on logs but not showing in inbox or junk folder

Hey there, folks! I think this would need to be checked on a case-by-case basis.
Maybe raise a ticket with the support: Contact Us | Brevo
There could be many reasons why such emails are not received.
It is possible that there is an active email filter set up which does not accept the sending. It could also be a general issue with the MTA. Maybe there was a bounce generated or some active blacklisting for a Brevo IP/domain.
I would recommend trying different Outlook versions and checking your transactional logs. (Login - Brevo)
