Brevo.identify ignoring certain emails?

Hi,

I’ve been doing a lot of testing related to user identification using incognito windows.

I am experiencing a strange issue where certain emails never get identified in the system. The Event Log simply never shows the email in the « From » section, despite the email being sent as usual. The log does show page views though.

This only happens for a couple of emails I own and use for testing, but not for others.

Is there a supression or a block list related to identify calls? I couldn’t find anything in settings.

That’s weird indeed, and I don’t think it’s supposed to happen. Are these emails specific in any ways?
