Brevo Login and additional users

I’ve been trying to sign in to an account, however, when I enter the 6 digit code via email, it fails and says it doesn’t recognize the device. Also, adding users, the email never goes through for a new user to accept. I’ve resent it multiple times, checked spam etc and it is not there.

For the login issue, try clearing your browser cache and cookies or use an incognito/private browsing window. If the problem persists, contact the platform’s support.

For the new user email, ensure the correct email is entered and check spam folders. If the issue persists, contact support for further assistance.

Hi, we are having login problem. We created an account there is no problem but we can only login our account from our phone browser. Our computer browser (Google Chrome - Microsoft Edge) does not open our account. There seems a warning when we enter our email address and password. « We could not process your request at this time. Wait a few minutes, then try again. » So how we can solve this problem?
