Hello everyone, our SMS are not reaching the customers since the 25th of september 7:00 PM EEST, brevo considers them soft bounces , we tried different carriers from our country and we still get the same issue so it might not be actually carrier related. Anyone else encountering this?

This is clearly an urgent issue that is seriously affecting the users. It seems that the servers for SMS message sending are currently down, and we are also unable to send critical messages to our users. This disruption is causing significant problems and impacting our users registration process. Please solve as URGENT as possible!!!
