I am having the same problem. In the process of new account registration, the website ask the phone number to setup a two-factor authentication. But no SMS arrived. Tried resend and modify the phone but none works so far.
I have failed to create an account because of the same issue. The verification code has not been sent.
i am surprised that you posted this issue in january 2023 and still in September 2024 i am facing the same issue. i add my phone number while registering my account. but verification code on my given phone nbr does not arrives. i try to resend and also change my phone but still phone verification functionality is not working.
