Hey, so I am using brevo, just bought a subscription and I figured out that the account which I am using requires verification. Tried sending OTPs to the relevant number but never received an SMS.
Tried complaining to the support but I don’t know the team is either not able to understand my problem and simply implied that I should check this internally. Also the support team is present in an awkward timezone - maybe GMT +5 and they usually respond 1 email a day.
Can someone please help me do it, or escalate my case.
