No SMS OTP code arrived upon account registration

Hi everyone,
I want to create a new Brevo account.
In the process, the website did ask the phone number to setup a two-factor authentication. I chose the my country code and input my phone number. Then press Send verification code. No SMS arrived. Press Resend code. No SMS arrived. I tried many times.
The website did sent an welcome email though.
and also i am from srilanka and my country code is +94 , Actually i sent 2 email to support tm but i did’t receive any response.
What should I do next?
