No SMS validation code arrived upon account registration

Hi everyone,
I want to create a new Brevo account.
In the process, the website did ask the phone number to setup a two-factor authentication. I chose the my country code and input my phone number. Then press Send verification code. No SMS arrived. Press Resend code. No SMS arrived. I tried many times.
The website did sent an welcome email though.
What should I do next?

I had to email the support to ask for help.
The agent helped me to verify my account.

Hi Ahudavert, I am facing the same issue and I have made 2 separate complaints on contact us form, but I am yet to get any feedback from the team or help whatsoever
