Hi everyone,
I want to create a new Brevo account.
In the process, the website did ask the phone number to setup a two-factor authentication. I chose the my country code and input my phone number. Then press Send verification code. No SMS arrived. Press Resend code. No SMS arrived. I tried many times.
The website did sent an welcome email though.
What should I do next?

Hi Ahudavert, I am facing the same issue and I have made 2 separate complaints on contact us form, but I am yet to get any feedback from the team or help whatsoever
I’m also facing the same error, is there anyone to help with this request, I’ve been trying this from days and the error is not resolved
I am also having this issue, I just want to verify my SMS however i cant and this is delaying my project
