Hi, as an architects practice we have multiple sign-off stages of revenue within a project (deal). Not all projects progress through all stages, but all have the chance to win or lose the subsequent stage to the one just won (if that makes sense).
I think that the best way to deal with this is multiple pipelines where a deal auto populates the next pipeline when it is marked as won in it’s current pipeline. We also have a construction company that gets work from the architecture pipelines, so the same would be true here.
Can anyone help me with an automation for this? Essentially, if deal marked as won in current pipeline, create new deal in follow on pipeline.
Does that make sense? Hopefully it does.
Many thanks
Hi @TheArchitect , thanks for posting on this community!
I think @boris.rieunier will be able to answer
Hi Neil, thanks for your question.
It makes sense
What you can do is have an automation in Brevo that triggers when a Deal is updated in a won stage.
So lets say you have Pipeline A and Pipeline B. Then you are going to setup an automation that will trigger when a deal is updated as won in Pipeline A and add a step to create a deal automatically in Pipeline B.
You can find an article here: https://help.brevo.com/hc/en-us/articles/14048831051282-Create-an-automation-after-a-deal-stage-is-updated
Current known limitation as cited on this article
In Brevo, automations are linked with contacts. In order for this automation to be triggered after a deal stage is updated, your deal has to be associated with at least one contact. If a deal is associated with 2 contacts, the automation will be triggered twice.
Would that work for you?

Ace, thank you. I will take a look, but sounds like it makes sense from the email.
Many thanks
