Emils being softbounced due to IP being listed in spamhause

Hi - most of my emails being sent from the IoT devices are being sofbounced due to the following - 550 5.7.1 Service unavailable, Client host [185.41.28.14] blocked using Spamhaus. can the ip be delisted

Thanks for posting on this community.
Brevo has a system already disabling an IP when such block from Spamhaus is detected. This IP won’t be used until Brevo manages to work this out with Spamhaus.
