I am beyond frustrated and angry about the current situation and the unacceptable handling of my issue. For over a week, I have been unable to log into my account because neither the verification email nor the SMS for two-factor authentication is being sent to me.
As a result, I have no access to my customer accounts, which is not only extremely embarrassing but also damaging to my business. I am losing valuable time, money, and trust from my clients – all because your system isn’t working!
What makes this situation even worse is that your support has been completely unresponsive. No replies, no updates, no solutions. This is simply unacceptable and an absolute disaster for a company claiming to be professional.
I have never experienced such poor service and unreliable technology. It feels like this issue is being completely ignored. Is this really the image you want to portray to your customers?
I urgently request that you resolve this issue immediately and contact me without further delay. This level of service is unprofessional and disrespectful to your customers.
