Hi Brevo team,
we recently migrated from another tool to Brevo for sending emails to our individual users. Everything works well, but one aspect is causing us issues: the appearance of your tracking URLs.
I know a lot has already been written about it, and we’re not asking for you to remove the tracking URL, but the current tracking link structure looks unpolished and I’m afraid it could reduce trust for our recipients, especially in automated messages.
Some other email platforms use cleaner, more branded tracking domains, which appear more professional and don’t trigger suspicion from end-users.
We understand that tracking domains cannot be changed per customer and that this would require a system-level upgrade on your side. Still, we believe that improving the default tracking URL format (shorter, more branded, more neutral) would greatly benefit the perceived product quality across all Brevo customers.
If possible, we’d like to see:
- a cleaner and more professional default tracking domain using “brevo[dot]com” instead of “sendibt3[dot]com”,
- ideally a shorter and more neutral link structure,
- or an option to use a custom branded domain for tracking, like “example[dot]brevo[dot]com” in the tracking URL (this is what we had on our previous tool).
Thanks for considering this improvement!
