📢 Feature Request: Two-Way SMS Conversations in Brevo

Hey community!

Loving Brevo for email, automation, and SMS campaigns, but I think one major feature is missing: true two-way SMS conversations.

Right now, Brevo SMS is great for marketing blasts and transactional alerts, but there’s no way to have a direct back-and-forth chat with customers via SMS in Conversations. A lot of competitors already allow this, giving businesses the ability to respond instantly when customers reply to texts.

I’d love this too—right now I have to juggle between platforms to reply to SMS, which slows everything down and makes follow-ups way harder than they need to be.

I agree, I’m switching to another one just because of this; people love to talk by SMS these days.

Totally agree with you here — one-way blasts only go so far. Having true two-way SMS inside Brevo would make it way more useful for customer support and follow-ups. A lot of folks are already leaning on a bulk SMS service when they need both campaigns and back-and-forth chats, so it feels like a natural next step for Brevo to add.

We had a similar issue and ended up going with a sip provider that let us route incoming SMS to our own app, which helped us manage replies better while still sending campaigns through Brevo. It’s not perfect, but it gave us more control while waiting for a native solution. Integrating that setup took some trial and error, but worked out fine once we figured out the routing part.
