What I would like to achieve, is to send email campaigns with date and time formatting so that the email client (apple mail, Gmail etc) recognise and sugest the « add to calendar » callout box, but I have tried all sorts of different formatting and it would appear that the manner in which Brevo processes and packages the email, it simply wont work.
Attaching a .ics file, or adding a google calendar link just feels clumsy and amateurish. Even my kids school manages to send out emails in which the date and time are detected and I can simply add to calendar with one click!
Is this a Brevo issue? Might this be a feature request, or has anyone figured out how to do this yet??

Hi @Unit60 ,
Thanks for posting on this community.
So basically what you want to achieve is:
- you write something like « Monday, March 31st » in your email
- and on your recipient’s side, when she reads this email, she can click on « Monday, March 31st » and add it to her calendar
is that correct?
Hi @ahudavert ,
in a nut shell, yes; but further more, so that the mail client automatically (at the top) prompts to add to calendar. I’ve tried almost all variants, from adding « time datetime= » tags to putting date/time in « a » tags, as well as adding json script… I only get, if I hover over the date/time, a dropdown to add, which I feel is too obscure for our students.
Any help or suggestions would be welcome
