Hubspot integration with Brevo

Hello, I’m new in these matters, and I need help.
We recently integrated Hubspot with Brevo, everything OK, but we wanted to track email.events … And we couldn’t, no email activity in the contact panel was there (if the email was opened, or clicked or if has a bounce).
No activity at all was shown in Hubspot.
How can we solve the problem?

If you’re not seeing email activity in HubSpot after integrating with Brevo, it’s usually a tracking or permissions issue. Try these steps:

Make sure your API key has full access for event tracking.

Confirm email events (opens, clicks, bounces) are enabled in Brevo for HubSpot.

Ensure the emails match existing HubSpot contacts exactly.

If needed, set up a Brevo webhook to push events in real time.

Test with a single email first. If it still doesn’t work, contacting Brevo support to confirm full event tracking for HubSpot is recommended.

You need to apply a filter on the Activities tab in HubSpot to view email activity. We’ve added explanations in our help article HubSpot integration (by Brevo) - Synchronize your data between Brevo and HubSpot (under Filter your Brevo email activity in HubSpot).

Actually I see Brevo’s logo in the activity section of contacts.
Now I need as well that in the activity section of the business deals, also appears the email activity, but there is no option to select Brevo.
Any suggestion or advice?

Unfortunately, I just confirmed with our product team that it is not currently possible to display this information in the Activity section of the business deals.
