Issue with Transaction Data Integration During HubSpot to Brevo Migration

Hello everyone,

I’m currently migrating a fitness chain’s account from HubSpot to Brevo.

As part of this process, we’ve set up an integration that pulls in contacts along with their transaction-related data. On the contact profile, a « Transactions » tab displays key transactional fields retrieved from our e-commerce platform, such as the subscription start and end dates, and the affiliated club.

I reached out to support to find out how to integrate this data into the contact profile and use it in workflows. They recommended using the WooCommerce integration, which I implemented. However, this solution does not allow me to retrieve certain data that my other integration is pulling in.

Do you have any suggestions on how to link the two integrations?

Alternatively, is it possible to map transactional data to contact attribute fields? This would allow me to display this information directly on the contact profile and use it in workflows. If not, is there a way to trigger workflows based on transactional fields?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @CamilleJ , thank you for your request!

It’s not currently possible to do this, but we are planning to add in the 2nd part of the year a feature to use dynamic data in update contact attribute action in Automation.
You will be able to update contact attributes based on for example data of a custom event associated to this contact. So you could generate custom event bearing the info you want to update and map it in each contact through Automation.
