Images in email are not rendering

Images that are featured in our emails are not being rendered. The images are being hosted on our server and they display fine as is.

If you look at following transactional,

The logo image is being rendered as

and fails to display. Can you tell me why?

When I click on the link, I have an error message: « unknown image format ». Could that be the reason of the problem?

Thanks for your reply. The original image should be this, https://www.anesthesiologynews.com/logo/an_50_main.png. But somehow it gets converted like that when the email gets sent via api. Any thoughts?

I feel like your server fails to reach our server to retrieve images and render properly. Do you have list of IP addresses that I can whitelist?

Yes, that’s weird.
I would advise to contact Brevo support for this, and for the IP list as well.

Just happened to me too. Did your team find a way to fix it? @ahudavert If this doesn’t get solved I’m afraid I’ll have to cancel my subscription…

Same here. Added a dedicated IP Address. Now the images in the Emails didn`t work anymore. Any Solution?
