Hi there! I’ve been using Brevo as my organization’s CRM for a few years now. Last week, images stopped displaying in the newsletter builder. This happens regardless of what web browser I use, and isn’t effecting display capability on other websites. Interestingly, my personal laptop can display these images just fine. I was wondering if anyone else had a similar issue? I attached a screenshot to better illustrate what I mean. Thanks!
Hi @JAMHA. This could be related to your browser or firewall. You might want to try clearing the cache/cookies or using a different browser (ideally one without any add-ons). If the issue persists, you may want to raise a ticket with support to see if it is an issue on Brevo’s side.
