Is it possible to embedd images in the body of the e-mail? Technically an image binary can be part of an email.
Many email clients do not display images that are reloaded. The user must first confirm the reload. This should be omitted if the image is embedded.
Didn’t Brevo used to have this function? I can no longer find it.
Yeah, I found it on my own. It is a switch in the additional configurations.
Great that you found a solution, thanks for posting it here
Could you explain to me where this setting can be found?
Kinds regards,
Merijn
I think @Anette that your help is needed here thanks!
Where’s the solution to this please?
Hi guys!
I can’t found the « Additional settings » section for
How can I use the embedded images like logo in my transactional templates?
Hi @brevo-community , this is a setting that you’ll have to manage for each campaign.
So in order to be able to access this « Additional settings » category, you’ll have to create a campaign. Then you’ll see it, below Sender, Recipients, Subject and Design:
@ahudavert I am trying to find the embed image setting but it’s nowhere to be seen! Is this because I only have the free plan?
That’s true @Beth , this setting is available for paid plans only.
I don’t know your use case’s details and why you need to embed images, but even if you’re on the free plan the image will be still sent of course, either directly in the email body, or as an attachment (if you choose to add it as an attachment). Does this make sense?
Hmm that’s a shame! - I wanted to embed images so that recipients wouldn’t need to « download images » when receiving email marketing in a B2B environment, they often don’t auto load images leaving emails looking like plain text!
Could you tell me what the plan include the embedded images?
Right now I use Business and can’t find the « Additional settings » category in Campaigns.
