Is it possible to have two different Brevo accounts with two different plans but sync conversation features between both?

I’m maintaining two different Shopify stores. Since a single team is handling both accounts, I want to know if it’s possible to sync conversation features between both Shopify stores. This way, we can continue our conversations without needing to open two different accounts separately, making it easier to work and maintain.

You can connect any number of Shopify stores to Conversations, using the Brevo tracker. All conversations will land on the same Brevo account.
To do so, you can follow these two guides:

Thanks @qlambert, also how can I identify which website a user conversation belongs to? Is there a tag or label that appears in each conversation chat indicating this?

Sure @harris, you can see where the visitor contacts you in the contact detail pane.
