Low IP reputation score causing issues with email deliverability of Brevo marketing emails

Gmail is blocking my customer’s outbound emails and meeting requests from reaching intended recipients.

Their IT consultants have assessed the situation and believe their domain reputation is being negatively impacted by messages sent via Brevo.

This is affecting their ability to communicate with guests, owners, and partners.

The customer shared Google mail stats that showed Low IP reputation scores from Brevo emails.

They updated their DMARC in February and the incidences were reduced, but one incident occurred March 18th 2026.
