We have an account created by an old employee. I want to keep the account but want to change the email address associated with this. I have sent many messages and tickets but have not gotten a response. This is a time sensitive issue as we need to send a newsletter to our investors.

When you go to this page: Brevo , you’re not able to change the email address, is that correct?
When I try to change it it doesn’t save the email. I tried adding another user to her account but that isn’t working either.
