We have had some complaints and received copies) of old campaign emails going to some contacts, they have different send dates but same content. For instance a campaign that went our on 11th Jan, one contact received a copy then, another on 20th and then 28th Jan and another on Feb 10th. each with the relevant send dates. Any ideas what might be causing this?

Have you checked that you hadn’t setup any automation flows that could send an email multiple times?
Thank you for your question. Yes, we have, there is no automation doing that. u We are waiting for another instance so that we can send it for checking within the 7 day cycle.
