As a former Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce and many similar platforms user, I have come across many limitations and would love to see updates to make the product on par with other CRM and email marketing tools. I would suggest utilizing product feedback platforms to collect suggestions, bugs, etc and allow the community to vote on feedbacks to prioritize feature development, etc that are more essential for their needs. e.g. product feedback platform that I like to use: canny.io
