Questions we are looking for before switching

  1. Does Brevo have features that support our membership management? Or how could we manage membership if Brevo does not offer any membership management features?

  2. Another question, especially for you: does Brevo offer any support in switching over to their platform? I would love for this process to be straightforward and easy as possible for you and am wondering if/how Brevo support the transition to their platform.

  3. How do you handle memberships/payments that are managed outside of Brevo?

I just saw membership management is in France and not rolled out in other areas? Is this true and when can we see it to Canada?

What do you mean by « membership management »? And on which page did you see it was released in France only?

Here are a few things that come to my mind:

  • we need to be able to tag people as active paying members or lapsed ones
  • record start and end dates of paid membership
  • record payments against their profiles,
  • automatically send out membership expiry notices, etc.

Yes, Brevo now has a payment solutions, that is available for French users, receiving money in euros.
For other countries of the eurozone, availability can be made upon request.
If you’re not receiving payments in Euros, unfortunately you won’t be able to use this solution.

Ok thank you! I’ve sent an email to Brevo and asked for a sales meeting over a month ago and no one has got back to me. Please advice.
