Why has the option to use folders now been removed for free users? I now have campaigns locked in folders and can’t add any more campaigns to them
Hi @MegD , thanks for your message! I have checked internally, and it seems that campaign folders have been discountinued on any plans below the PRO and ENT plans. I apologise for any inconvenience. Are you still able to access your campaigns in existing folders? Thanks!
Yes I can access them. I just can’t use the folders any more
You always ask for honest feedback. Here is mine: It’s absolutely unfair to remove such an important feature. I understand that you remove it from free accounts, but NOT from paying customers. And upgrading doesn’t justify paying 400 euros a month for this feature alone. Very bad, very bad. Keep doing things like this, and soon we will walk away from here and go with someone else. That’s not a smart move, I can assure you.
