Downgrade question

I’ve placed 2 support tickets to answer this question and I haven’t received an answer yet. I want to downgrade to the free account but I feel the support article for it is incomplete in terms of what I can expect. I need to know if I’m going to lose any of my work if I downgrade. Meaning my forms, lists, etc. Does anybody know the answer to that? TIA

Hi there! Due to recent pricing changes, self-service downgrades are unavailable. Please submit a support ticket for assistance. Downgrading to a free plan does not disable forms, templates, and contacts.

Starter/Business features (e.g., landing pages) will be blocked. The automation will be also limited to 2000 contacts.
