I was invited as a user into a Brevo account. I have been provided all the needed access, however, the template creation button is disabled and I am being prompted to contact account owner. Account owner doesn’t know what else to do.
Could someone help?

I think the issue is the following:
- the master account is a free account
- thus, on the account owner will see here: Login to your Brevo account. that you don’t have access to the marketing platform
In order to change that, she must subscribe to a paid account. I’m copying @neeraj-brevo here, so that he can follow the discussion and see that it can be misleading indeed: account can add a user but this user does not have access to the feature
