Thinking of switching to Brevo from Yournotify, but how limiting is the contact cap?

I’ve been using Yournotify for email and SMS marketing, but I’m considering switching to Brevo for its automation features. The only thing holding me back is Brevo’s contact-based pricing model. Unlike platforms that charge based on emails sent, Brevo’s free and lower-tier plans limit the number of contacts you can store, which could be a problem as my list grows.

For those who have used Brevo:

  • How restrictive is the contact limit in practice?
  • Is it worth upgrading, or do costs add up quickly as contacts increase?
  • How does it compare to Yournotify’s pricing for a growing list?

Would love to hear from anyone who’s made the switch!

Hi @charlesmudy ,

Thanks for posting on this community.
Is your concern about the total number of contacts you can have, or the number of contacts that can run through an automation (or both)?

Both I would say but the total number of contacts limit is the major.
