Untrackable contacts in API statistics

Hello!

We are using the Brevo API to surface some campaign stats in our product.
Problem: there is no way to surface what Brevo calls « trackable open rate » because we don’t have the denominator (which I assume is contacts - untrackable contacts, and we lack the latter).

How can we get this number from the API ?

Thanks for your post.
Unfortunately, I’m not sure this data is available from the API actually. This is a data Brevo has access to, but I don’t think it’s publicly (via the API) available.

So you confirm than neither the trackable open rate, neither the denominator used to calculate this rate (trackable contacts) is or will be available through the API ?

We would like to surface some stats to our clients about the campaigns we do for them through Brevo, but without this number of the trackable contact number we just show them a rate which is considerably lower than the one we can see on your platform
