Hello,
I need to setup an automated Whatsapp message as reply to each customer that send us a Whatsapp message. I expected it to be easy, but has been impossible to setup.
I Finally got a template authorized by meta, but in Automations there is no action related to whatsapp whatsoever. Only Email, SMS, Notification.
Could someone explain step by step the process?

Example:
Customer: Hello, I need to request a Quotation of the « X » product, and have some questions.
My Automated reply: Hello! thank you for contacting us. My Name is XXX, please send me your request, and I will be back to you as soon as possible.
Remember our working hours, Mon-Fri, 09:00 - 18:00hrs. Thank you!
