Hello, I need to send notifications to my customers to renew a software subscription on time. Each client is assigned a Project Manager. I have the name and email of each PM assigned to each client. But I need that when I send the email message, the client responds to the PM’s email and not to a generic email or list. Instead of sending me a blind copy (because I don’t need to receive 1000 copies in a mailbox), is it possible to add this feature that is more useful for me?

For the moment, there are no possibilities to have a dynamic reply to, but there is something called « List settings »: https://help.brevo.com/hc/en-us/articles/17470494783890-Manage-your-list-settings
Thanks to this, you can have a default reply to for the contacts of a given list, could that be a workaround for your use case?
