I’m currently trying to set up WhatsApp integration through Brevo, and during the process, it’s asking for official company details like GSTIN, PAN, or registration numbers for verification.
I’d like to know:
- Is it possible to use WhatsApp Business without completing this verification?
- If I skip this step for now, will I still be able to send messages?
Also, the first time I tried to integrate WhatsApp, my number was blocked for violating WhatsApp’s privacy policy. At that time, I had not completed the business verification process. Could the lack of verification be the reason for the block? Or are there other common reasons this might happen during the initial setup?
